The cashier was super rude. Look, I get it, I came in 10 minutes before closing with multiple returns. I was checked out at 6:01pm, one minute after closing. I pulled up the email and realized I had to print a label. I asked for the email and she said it all flustered. I asked her to slow down and she demanded my phone because it will just be faster that way! She clicked send before I even had time to add the pictures. She got angry when the email was empty. I added the pictures to the body of the message and then she took the phone to enter the email address. I needed to buy ONE box for my return items and she charged me for three boxes.

Went to return an Amazon order. Was told it would be $2.50 to print the label. I figured it was a sticker for the packaging. NOPE, $2.50 to print on a normal piece of paper. Then they charged me $3.00 for a plastic shipping bag. So basically $6 to return something which used to be free.

I love the staff here. I bring stacks of packages daily/weekly and they have never complained and are always friendly/helpful. I’ve felt bad bringing so much, so often, when they’re slammed, yet they remain professional and friendly. Thank you! This UPS is so helpful for small business owners.

I live in a very public area where there’s a business and also a paved walk area with a bike track right next to the house. That’s a businesses on the road in the picture. My house is down the lane on the right hand side of that. I live 40 to 50 yards from my mailbox. My package was left expose for anybody to walk by and take. I would like my packages to be delivered at the house not stuffed in a locked mailbox halfway in halfway out. We get a lot of different types of walkers down our street. We have a locking mailbox for a reason. Any packages should be delivered to the home.

pack it yourself if you care at all about it.. don't go here if you don't like sny comments and making faces at each other is key in this location to have a decent interaction. gonna be making the inconvenient trip to the other drop off.
